Mahjong Relax

Mahjong Relax is a peaceful tile-matching game that features only one mode of play and Mahjong pattern. The player attempts to remove a classic pyramid of layered peach and white ivory tiles from a gray and yellow tabletop that features a Chinese dragon.

The game doesn't feature a score or timer requirement. The player is free to work at their own pace and even take breaks. To play, they merely find and select pairs of tiles that either have identical markings (i.e., matching characters and numbers, dragon symbols, bamboo sticks or stones) or share a topic category (i.e., unlabeled plants or labeled seasons). They can only select uncovered tiles with at least one side unblocked by any other tile.

Mahjong Relax displays the number of available pairs at any given time in the upper-left area next to an icon of two tiles. It shows the number of remaining tiles next to a peacock tile icon.

It also offers helpful Mix, Hint and Undo buttons in the upper center and right areas. With Mix, the player prompts the games to rearrange the tiles to help them find new pairs. With Hint, they request that the game reveal one pair. With Undo, they reverse one or more moves going back to the start of the game.

How to Play:

If desired, select the Play Full Screen text below the pyramid. Review the tops of the uncovered, unblocked tiles for matches, such as two red dragons, two peacocks or two plants. Make pair selections. Whenever necessary, shuffle the tiles with the Mix button or receive an alert about a pair with the Hint button. After making a selection error, use the Undo button. Play until only the dragon tabletop remains on the screen.
